What Insporta is
A game that happens to be training

It's a game
Ten questions, a timer on every one, hearts on the line and a real celebration when you pass.

It's real training
Exactly ten questions, XP for the first pass only, analytics your coach can trust. The score can't be inflated.

It's yours
Your streak, your league, your club. Training that fits in a pocket.

It's your coach's
In a group you train on your coach's tests — and your coach sees exactly where the gaps are.
12
day streak

12-day streak
Today
Always in your pocket
The next test is one lock-screen away.
No desk, no login flow, no ten-minute setup. Open the app, see the streak, take the test. Insporta is built for the gap between drills — a bus ride, a bench, a half-time break.
Start trainingEvery sport, one system
Whatever you train, the loop is the same
Football, swimming, basketball, athletics — Insporta doesn't care which sport is on your card. Every one gets its own levels, its own modes, its own league. The ten-question unit is the only rule that doesn't bend.
The rules and facts behind the tests, sport by sport:

On the line
How it works
Level up. For real.
The loop is simple: levels, tests, XP, streaks, the league. Knowing the game makes you better at it.
Open a level
Pick your sport and your mode. Levels take you from the basics to the fine print.
Pass the test
Ten questions — small enough between drills, real enough to score.
Earn XP
First pass only. Replays are practice — they earn nothing.
Hold the streak
Come back every day. Miss a day — the flame goes out.
Climb the league
Seven ranks, one week. Your color is your standing.

The rules of the game
Ten questions. Always.
Insporta's promises aren't copy — they're enforced in code.
A test is ten questions
Or it isn't live. The unit of knowledge is fixed — no padding, no shortcuts.
Progress counts once
XP for the first pass only. Replays never touch the leaderboards.
A fail costs a heart
Never a lecture. Hearts come back every 4 hours — try again.
“Ten minutes on the bus. That's the streak.”
Four modes
One sport, four ways in.
Every mode has its own levels, its own XP and its own weekly league.
Knowledge Testing
The core loop — ten questions on the rules, tactics and fine print of your sport.

Interesting Facts
Trivia and history for your sport. Unlocks once your first level is passed.
Special Content

The league
Your color is your standing
Every week you compete on XP with athletes at your level. Seven ranks from red to violet — and since only first passes count, the ladder can't be farmed.
Why it works
Your sport is the test. That's the finding.
Brain-training apps test you on arrows and colours. The research says that is the wrong stimulus: what separates players is knowledge of their own sport. Insporta is built on that finding and on the twelve studies around it.
One study put the two side by side
Each bar is the share of the difference in playing level that test explained.
- A test built from real match situations
- 34%
- A generic football-intelligence score
- 13%
- A reaction-speed test under pressure
- 0%
Reinhard, Mann and Höner, Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, 2025 — 110 young footballers.
Those numbers belong to that study's 360° video test, not to Insporta. What we take from it is where to look: inside your sport.
Kalén and colleagues, 2021 — a meta-analysis in Psychological Bulletin
Every question comes from your sport
Across hundreds of pooled studies, only sport-specific decisions told athletes of different levels apart; reaction time and memory games barely did. So the content is your rules, your tactics, your patterns — never abstract puzzles.
Kalén and colleagues, 2021
A topic tag on every question
The same work found the signal comes from breaking a sport into its parts. That is why a test leaves you a map of what you know and what you don't, instead of one number.
Beavan and colleagues, 2020 — 343 players over three seasons
Knowledge is the part you can change
Working memory and reaction speed develop the same way in elite players as in everyone else. Knowledge doesn't — it is learned. A gap in the offside law is something this week can fix.
Heisler and colleagues, 2023 — 128 young players
Fast is not the same as right
Only the quality of the final decision separated the levels, not the speed of the first one. Insporta records your time, and never scores you on it alone.
What a test like this can't do
It can't tell you who turns professional. The largest study in the field followed 13,869 young players: 9% reached academy level, and no single measure beat a combination of them — the coach's eye added what no test caught. Insporta measures one thing and says so: how well you know your sport.
What you get
Your sport in order. Your progress in numbers.
Not a feeling that you are getting better — material that stays organised, and figures you can check.
Everything in one place
Your sport is laid out in levels from Beginner to Professional, each split into named topics. Ten questions a test, four options, one right answer — and if you train in a group, your coach's tests sit in the same app.
A map, not a mark
Every question carries a topic tag, so a test leaves behind a map: the topics you are strong on and the ones you are thin on. Levels, XP, a streak and a weekly league of seven ranks sit on top of it.
Numbers nobody can inflate
XP counts the first pass only; replays are practice and earn nothing. Your coach sees the first-pass result — which is the only reason the number means anything.

Readiness: 81%
This week
For coaches
You know the game. Insporta writes the tests.
You have the knowledge and no time to type out questions. Bring your material — InsportAI does the drafting, you stay the author.
Drop in what you have
A YouTube video, a PDF, a scan — InsportAI turns your material into ten-question tests. You approve every question before it goes live.
Assign to your groups
Send tests to your athletes by group. Everyone trains on your material — in the same app they already play in.
Read the readiness
Topic heatmaps move red to green. First-pass-only scoring means the numbers are replay-proof.
And for clubs
The level above: coaches organized, knowledge turned into a program. One club, shared material, the whole picture of readiness.
